Outstanding Service and Aftercare: A True Five-Star Experience

We recently purchased an Audi Q5 from Blofield Motor Company, and we could not be happier with the overall experience. From the initial viewing to the resolution of a minor issue after the sale, their commitment to customer satisfaction has been exemplary.

Trustworthy Deal & Generous Upgrade

The sales process was smooth and professional. As a minor detail, the rear parcel shelf was missing upon collection. Rather than offering a small refund, Dom was incredibly generous and upgraded our warranty package to compensate, showing outstanding integrity and goodwill right from the start.

Aftercare Exceeds Expectations

A few weeks after collection, the vehicle developed a minor technical issue: the premium Varta stop/start battery failed (a costly component, circa £300). Crucially, this component was technically deemed a consumable item and not covered under the standard wear-and-tear clauses of the warranty.

This is the moment when many dealerships fall short, but Blofield Motor Company stepped up immediately. Despite the battery not being a claimable item, Dom quickly agreed to cover the entire replacement cost out of exceptional customer goodwill. Simon then followed up immediately to confirm the brand-new, necessary component was already ordered and waiting for collection at our local GSF under the vehicle's registration.

The speed and complete lack of bureaucracy in resolving this were genuinely impressive. They honoured their commitment immediately, ensuring we experienced zero downtime or hassle.

Bought a very tidy Fiat from Blofield - once collected we found an issue with a seal on the petrol tank, whilst not ideal, Simon was on it straight the way, recovering the car and getting the issue fixed, even going further and adding a longer warranty. If you judge any dealer by how they help customers then Simon and his team are top notch.

Amazing service from Blofield Motor Company.
Dom and Simon look after you from the moment you arrive to the time you drive away. I bought a Jaguar F-Pace and i was very happy but a week later had a filter fault, it was booked in and sorted asap.
The service I received from them was exemplary and I am a very happy Jag owner.

Brought a BMW1 series from Simon at Blofield Motor Company. Simon was great, was not pushy, allowed us lots of time to look around. Took it for test drive, he stated the car had only just come in and needed a good valet. Picked it up a week later, with a years mot, warranty and a valet. Allowed us to use his computer to tax and insure the vehicle as the phone signal was poor.

I recently bought a Ford Kuga from Blofield, after having my last car written off, I was in desperate need of a new car. The young lad who I dealt with was polite and friendly and made us feel very confident from the minute we arrived. After agreeing to purchase the car he promised to have it ready for the next day with an MOT, Service and re clean. The guys went above and beyond the call of duty and had the car ready for me by 2pm the next day and even helped me to tax it. I will look no further than this garage for any of my car needs, you'll be seeing me again!

I had written my car off about a month ago and was in desperate need of a car. After a recommendation from a friend I visited Blofield Motor Company. They had a good selection of cars. After my test drive the sales guy explained that it would go through a thorough inspection and have a full MOT before I was able to take it away. This was on a Sunday and there were no mechanics to complete the work there and then. He promised he would have it ready by 3 the next day! Blofield came through and delivered! Awesome helpful Sales Staff and brilliant workshop to get it done so quickly! Would highly recommend to all!!

Reliable suppliers of second hand cars
We bought a BMW from Blofield Motor Company for our 21 year old son who's about to do a road trip across Europe. S, the chap in charge, couldn't have been more helpful. Even ordering a spare wheel for the car off eBay and supplying a set of spare bulbs required for European travel. New MOT and 3 months warranty. A great place to buy a car I would say.
